Heil Trailer (Asia) is a global manufacturer of specialty transport trailers, including petroleum, dry bulk, stainless, crude and asphalt trailers. In 1995, the company entered into a joint venture with a CP Group affiliate to establish CP Heil Co., Ltd. in Thailand. The objective was to manufacture high-quality oil tankers and dry bulk trailers that meet international standards to serve the Asia-Pacific market. In 1999, the company was subsequently renamed Heil Asia Co., Ltd. and became part of Entrans International, LLC, which operates under the management of American Industrial Partners (AIP).
